What is a L.I.O.N. Report?
A LION Report is a structured weekly status report format used by Titanium Computing to improve team communication and project transparency. The "LION" acronym helps team members organize their thoughts and communicate effectively with managers.

This section summarizes your key accomplishments, completed tasks, and progress made on ongoing projects.
ISSUES – what issues did you face & how did you solve them?
Document any challenges, roadblocks, or problems you encountered and your approach to resolving them.
OPPORTUNITIES – what opportunities have you spotted this week?
Highlight potential improvements, ideas for innovation, or insights that could benefit your team or projects.
NEXT WEEK – what do you commit to achieve by next week?
Make specific commitments about tasks you'll complete, projects you'll advance, and goals you'll accomplish.
How the System Works
- Daily Journal Entries: Throughout the week, record your daily activities in the journal section.
- AI-Assisted Content: Use the "Write it for me" feature with our AI assistant to help craft detailed entries.
- Generate Reports: Every Thursday, create your LION report by either manually entering details or using the AI generator to transform your journal entries into a structured report.
- Submit & Share: Submit your report, which is automatically emailed to your manager for review.
- Track Progress: View past reports to track your progress and improvements over time.
Pro Tips
- Be specific in your journal entries to get better AI-generated reports
- LION reports should ideally be concise yet comprehensive
- Include metrics and numbers where possible to quantify your achievements
- Update your journal daily for the most accurate weekly summaries
