Managing Team Reports
As a manager, you have access to special features for overseeing your team's reporting activities.
Team Dashboard
The manager dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your team's reporting status:
- See which team members have submitted reports for the current week
- Track on-time submission rates and reporting trends
- View analytics on team performance and activity levels
- Get notifications about missed or late reports
Viewing Team Reports
- Navigate to the "Team Reports" section in the dashboard
- Filter reports by team member, date range, or status
- Click on any report to view the full details
- Add comments or feedback directly on reports
- Export reports to PDF or share with stakeholders
Report Configuration
Managers can configure report settings for their team:
- Set the day of the week when reports are due
- Configure automatic reminders for missing reports
- Add external recipients to receive report copies (such as business coaches)
- Define custom report templates for your team
Aggregated Team Reports
Create consolidated team summaries that aggregate individual reports into a comprehensive team overview:
- Go to Reports > Team Summary
- Select the team members to include
- Choose the time period
- Generate a consolidated view of all team activities
- Use this for leadership updates or client reporting
Performance Analytics
The analytics dashboard provides insights into team performance:
- Journal entry frequency and consistency
- Report timeliness metrics
- Activity trends across the team
- Issue tracking and resolution rates
