Managing Team Reports

As a manager, you have access to special features for overseeing your team's reporting activities.

Team Dashboard

The manager dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your team's reporting status:

  • See which team members have submitted reports for the current week
  • Track on-time submission rates and reporting trends
  • View analytics on team performance and activity levels
  • Get notifications about missed or late reports

Viewing Team Reports

  1. Navigate to the "Team Reports" section in the dashboard
  2. Filter reports by team member, date range, or status
  3. Click on any report to view the full details
  4. Add comments or feedback directly on reports
  5. Export reports to PDF or share with stakeholders

Report Configuration

Managers can configure report settings for their team:

  • Set the day of the week when reports are due
  • Configure automatic reminders for missing reports
  • Add external recipients to receive report copies (such as business coaches)
  • Define custom report templates for your team

Aggregated Team Reports

Create consolidated team summaries that aggregate individual reports into a comprehensive team overview:
