Getting Started with LION Reports
Logging In
Access the system using your company email and password. If your company uses Google SSO, you can sign in directly with your Google account.
Using the Journal System
Throughout the week, add journal entries to record your daily activities:
- Click "Add Journal Entry" from the dashboard
- Select the time of day (Morning, Mid Day, Afternoon)
- Document your achievements, meetings, and activities
- Save the entry
These journal entries will be used to automatically generate your weekly LION report.
Creating Weekly Reports
When it's time to submit your weekly report (typically on Thursday):
- Navigate to "Reports" > "Create New Report"
- Click the "AI Generate" button to automatically create a report from your journal entries
- Review and edit the generated content as needed
- Submit the report
Your report will be automatically sent to your manager and any other configured recipients.
Dashboard Navigation
The dashboard is your central hub for all LION Report activities:
- Journal Summary: View your recent journal entries and add new ones
- Report Status: See if you've submitted your report for the current period
- Upcoming Deadlines: Never miss a report deadline
- Navigation Menu: Access all system features from the top navigation bar
First Week Checklist
- Update your profile information
- Set up any external contacts you want to receive your reports
- Create your first journal entry
- Generate and submit your first report
- Check that your manager has received your report
