How do journal entries relate to reports?
Journal entries are daily records of your activities. The system uses these entries to automatically generate your weekly LION report, saving you time and ensuring comprehensive reporting.
How does the AI report generation work?
The AI analyzes your journal entries for the week, categorizes the content according to the LION format, and generates a structured report. It never invents information not present in your entries.
Account Management
How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to receive password reset instructions via email.
Can I use my Google account to sign in?
Yes, if your company has enabled Google SSO integration, you can sign in directly with your Google account associated with your company email domain.
How do I update my profile information?
Click on your username in the top right corner, then select "Profile" to update your information.
Subscription and Billing
How does user billing work?
The base subscription includes a set number of users (3 for monthly plans, 4 for annual plans). Additional users are billed at $3 per user per month.
How do I update my company's payment method?
Company administrators can update payment methods in the Company Settings > Billing section.
What happens if I downgrade my subscription?
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If your new plan supports fewer users than you currently have, you'll need to deactivate users before downgrading.
Reports and Journals
When are weekly reports due?
Report due dates are configured at the company level. The default is Thursday by end of day, but your company may have customized this setting.
Can I edit a report after submission?
No, once submitted, reports are finalized. This ensures integrity in the reporting system. If you need to make corrections, contact your administrator.
How far back can I see my journal entries and reports?
The system retains all journal entries and reports for the lifetime of your account, allowing you to reference historical data at any time.
Technical Questions
Is my data secure?
Yes, all data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Access controls ensure that only authorized users can view your reports.
Does LION Report Tool work on mobile devices?
Yes, the system is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. It's also available as a Progressive Web App for installation on mobile devices.
Can I export my data?
Yes, reports can be exported to PDF format, and journal entries can be exported in various formats for record-keeping or analysis.
